On 9/8 the homeowner backed out and we no longer needed home insurance until we found another house of course. 9/8 we asked for our money to be refunded and was told 7-10 business days via check. Which is BS considering we paid by debit. Today 10/3 we still don't have a refund and had to resort to calling our bank to get involved. We immediately are dropping the auto policy with him and will never use State Farm again thanks to this scum bag.By Mr 350z Nismo, July 03, 2017
